Nigerian Afrobeats superstars Wizkid and Davido have been on the lips of Africans and the world for some time now for their long-standing online beef. Although this was mostly spearheaded by their various fans, the two seemed to not have been in good terms and either directly or through their management had been trading a few words on social media. However, things are about to (or might have) changed as videos of them hugging and embracing each other at Quilox nightclub in Lagos recently emerged. In the video that is currently making rounds on the internet, Davido could be seen approaching Wizkid, and they both hugged and embraced each other for a long time while exchanging some words. This recent development comes after fellow countryman and superstar, Burna Boy, announced on an Instagram post that all was good between him and Davido. This marks a turning point in the nation’s music industry and the Afrobeats world, and although love is the order of the day, it remains to be expected what follows up from these reunions. Watch the video of their reunion below.
